Registration for the conference is a two-step process.

1. First you should enter your registration details in the Registration Form.

2. Then you will need to select a Payment Method. You can pay using a credit card through paypal or by a bank transfer.

Fee Structure

• Master Class fee includes attendance to Master Class lectures, use of conference facilities(Internet connection), coffee breaks (May 30th), lunch (May 30th).

• Conference fee includes attendance to invited and contributed talks, use of conference facilities (Internet connection), coffee breaks, lunch, welcome reception, conference dinner, tour, LNCS proceedings.

• An accompanying person fee is payable if you wish to bring a guest. Please contact Barry O'Sullivan for further details.

• A limited number of childcare places have been made available at a local creche. Please contact Barry O'Sullivan for further details.

Students in need of financial support can apply for a grant to waive the conference registration fee. Applications should be submitted to Barry O'Sullivan by Monday, May 1st. Students will be notified on May 5th. Students who apply but do not recieve grants will still be offered the early registration rate. If you have already registered, you may still apply for the grant. Please do not arrange payment until you are notified on May 5th.
